Masked Man
I said wow
"Infinite" combo attacks now have finishing strikes! (no longer infinite, then?)
That and he's uglier than Ridley.but then the game was delayed and moved to like every platform.
Haha, knew it wasn't going to be anything crazy. Still, neat pic!
You know, this is actually kind of neat. Better than nothing.![]()
Pic of the day. Now consecutive standard attacks will always transition into a finishing move. This is Fox's finishing kick after his standard combo attack.
All the third party characters so far have been Japanese, so...

Eh....at least its new info on some character moves.
Kirby
Fox
and Pit are the only ones with those kind of moves for now right? The ones revealed anyways.
Don't forget Diddy.
Also Link, if it's added back in.
Good, infinites were honestly pretty obnoxious.
were any of these actual infinites if your opponent knew what di was
A lot of these attacks actually increased the Smash DI ratio--meaning if you wailed on the stick when getting hit by them, your character would almost certainly be free of any danger.were any of these actual infinites if your opponent knew what di was
Made a list that should help us know who this affects
Smash 4
Pit
Fox
Kirby
Diddy
and King DeDeDe (forgot him )
Brawl
Falco
Captain falcon ( I think )
Shiek
Meta Knight (I think )
Ivysaur
Melee
Mewtwo
Let me know who I missed
Pit's side B got changed to that knuckle weapon from Uprising as well didn't it?
Maybe Sakurai's gonna change every infinite move.
As someone said on smashboards, theres just been a ton of gameplay changes that sakurai is telling us about, its very exciting stuff.Agreed... The removal of tripping + the new ledge mechanics + the buffs certain characters seem to be receiving + tonight's update make it pretty clear that game design choices are all revolving around creating a much more dynamic/balanced product than Brawl. And that doesn't even include the fact that the game seems much more sped up and combo-friendly than Brawl as well.
The game is looking good... I'm excited!
As long as there's no fucking tripping, it's noticeably faster than Brawl and there's nothing remotely as broken as Meta Knight, I'm cool.As someone said on smashboards, theres just been a ton of gameplay changes that sakurai is telling us about, its very exciting stuff.
