I typically only respond to threads if no one else has said what I was thinking. Also, most threads I read like the first 10 posts, get bored, then just scroll through for posts of friends and well-wishers (which are auto-highlighted), then abandon the thread.

I want to say Classypenguin, since I actually see him leave the nest of TF2 GAF regularly. Cloudius is another, but he doesn't get off on trolling people...as far as I know... 0_o

Map list looks interesting, some new maps to try but nothing too radical. Happy to see Vitalism 2.0 replacing Turbine and Gravelpit taking a break.

It'd be excellent if our glorious bear could add the newer maps onto the server and replace Barnblitz with this infinitely superior version.

New update got pushed out, nothing serious:

Source Engine Changes (TF2, DoD:S, HL2:DM)
-Fixed a hang on start-up with non-scalable bitmap fonts
-Fixed crash on start-up when joysticks are attached
Team Fortress 2
-Added a prompt to turn on controller mode when using Big Picture
-Increased console font size for the Linux version
-Fixed some problems caused by disabling controller mode
-Fixed missing HUD sounds for Engineer building status panel
-Fixed the Spy version of the tf_zombie entity not using the correct skin
-Fixed international keyboard chat and console input for the Linux version

We get to play on my birthday if so. And it's a map I'm good at (Badwater) so FUCK YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH :D

Is TF2 GAF on it's last leg? Sent an event every night this week so far and the server's only been full on one day (I think it was Monday?). The glorious days of yore of being full every night (and having people waiting in queue) are over I guess. :(

It takes FOREVER for me to load TF2 and join the server, so it's a big commitment rather than a pick up and play thing. Plus I should pretty much be spending 100% of my time on non-game things these days. =(
