thoughts? hot takes?

updated with whole list

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage
No Alison Krauss in the top 50 is a joke.

Edit: unless her working with Union Station is disqualifying her here.

Rumors higher, back to black lower.

Glad to see Missy placed high. I think jagged little pill could be higher, but I'm not sure.

There were better Janet Jackson albums that you could've put on that list than Control.

Rhythm Nation, janet, The Velvet Rope > Control

Lauryn Hill should be first and Joni Mitchell second.
Missy Elliott has no business being in the top 5
Tracy Chapman should be in the top 10
Lemonade is still too " fresh " to be judged imo

Edit: Wait wait wait ... Where the fuck is Norah Jones???

Lemonade is also lowkey not that great

Also Missy Elliott is one of the most female rappers of all time and had a great album, her being Top 5 Top 5 Top 5 makes sense

The fact that Janelle Monae is not in the Top 10 is a travesty. That she's not on the list at all disqualifies this whole list.

Looks like one of those "dad rock" lists that overvalue old stuff over new great artists, except a few safe mainstream ones that even unhip people know of.

both on there.. updated with the whole list I just didn't want a huge OP sorry

Good to see most of mine in the 150, not sure Cyndi should be outside the top 50, I was also gonna say Alicia Keys and now see she's just in the 150 mark. Still no Kylie at all is weird AF.
