Yeezus is going to win. Nothing touches that masterpiece.

Am I the only one that dislikes Lorde?

Edit: hoping GKMC and Red win.

Kendrick Lamar is performing with Imagine Dragons?

That could be really good.

Inb4 gaf bitching about the nominees, who should or shouldn't win, or how the Grammy's don't mean anything.

Just going to enjoy the performances. I view it more as an amazing concert.

Weren't most of these released in 2012?

Will watch for Kendrick.

Grammys year is from Oct to Oct I believe. So anything from from October 2012 counts.

Same way next year anything releassd after October 2013 will be nominated even though it will be close to 1.5 years old.

Macklemore will win all the rap awards and will be considered the first "rap"/"hip hop" album to win AOTY while Lorde will be praised and rewarded for being racist. x

Lorde isn't over enough to be winning these yet. Maybe in an album or two. Next year is Grimes Time, so she can't win then either.

ICON Rihanna is sitting in the front row with the writer of her SMASH HIT "Stay". Make sure to stay perched for them taking the grammy for best Pop Duo as well as the gif material she'll provide throughout the night.

I don't understand these awards. How is James Blake up for best new artist? The dude has been around for a while, and Overgrown is his second full length album...
It's the same thing they pulled with Bon Iver...

New artist basically means whenever Grammy voters found out you exist.

Lorde to win the "Everything She's Nominated For" award.

What? No, I'm not listening to Pure Heroine for the 100th time now. Honest.

The Grammys website does not list Beyonce and Jay-Z (screw you Shawn, I'm keeping the hyphen in there) performing. I know they're heavily rumored to, but I find it odd that they'd be left out of the Grammys site.

Just a heads up: You're all gonna be Kacey Musgraves fans after tonight. Just warning you now.

This will be only the second ever live, televised performance for Daft Punk. Their first was 6 years ago, again at the Grammys, as part of Kanye's legendary set.

If Taylor wins AOTY, she will become the youngest person ever to win the award twice. She will also become the only woman ever to win it twice for her own albums.

P.S.

Not even going to get my hopes up for this nonsense. Macklemore will win every rap category, which would be pathetic but expected. I'd imagine Daft Punk will win AOTY.

There's a rumor that Kendrick has received the vast majority of the Grammy board's AOTY votes but I just don't believe it.
