While I don't think La La Land is some outstanding masterpieces,neither is Moonlight.Imo neither would stand as a great all time classic for me ,but rather movies that have really strong elements about them.

I honestly thought Nocturnal Animals was the most compelling movie I've seen all year,and would stand greatly among other best pictures.
