i didn't see this last past you're not suggesting I boil em? Couple of methods I was given said to boil.You opposed to lard? Cause if not get some lard in a decent sized frying pan, little black pepper around a teaspoon, little salt about a teaspoon, maybe squeeze a bit of fresh lemon on, cook that for maybe idk 10-ish minutes. I'd say cook it down with about half a head of garlic (crush it real quick).
I mean you can stick any meat you want in that of course (if you wish). I'm partial to chicken and collards myself.
Just to make sure you got to cut collards up and don't add any water they'll spring their own.
