Friend of mine on FB is getting into a row with a little shit from our high school who's your stereotypical Trump fanboy. The guy usually says awful shit in FB comments, but this time he went too far and called my boy a c**n and said he's trying to be white, despite the fact that, while he wants to go into law enforcement, he's staunchly pro-BLM and is extremely proud of his black heritage. Though, tbh, after someone wrote racist shit on Eastern's campus yesterday, I'm not surprised by this shit.

Ok from my 15 minutes of google searching and ending with asking one guy, theres is no substantial evidence suggesting he's a nazi sympathiser. Thats like saying FMA author is a nazi sympathiser.
His admiration for Imperialist war criminals and denial of said war crimes isn't such a leap in framing him that way all things considered. The term Nazi has grown out of being exclusive to not only include Europeans involved in the regime of the time and their offshoots that live today, but war criminals from all sides of the imperial marches.
It's a little confusing that some are referring to the Japanese Imperialists are being Nazi's as well, seeing as they weren't a part of the party proper. But what they were doing was essentially the same thing with their union with the Germans in their goals for conquest and eradication. The term Imperialism doesn't carry the same shame or weight of atrocity as the mighty N word. And when there is a concerted effort towards ending the denial of war crimes, sometimes you have to turn the heat up and not mince words in the effort to force some kind of recompense.

I am not surprised with the anything the author does or believe. Many japanese people are in denial of WW2, some are trying to fix that (Shin Gojira Director) in productive way while germans are trying to forget about about it the best way they can, even though Uber Nationalism and skins heads keep creeping up. He's still not a Nazi Sympathiser. No good manga artist is.

Ok I need to go to pick my little bro up from school but I'll explain the best way I can with analogy.
Do you remember the Max N word fiasco last week? Well I do. Let me tell you for those that dont know, Max is a pretty popular guy. Other fgc talk and streaming with his dog benny, he also a on and off group called Yo!Videogames. One of the members is black and his name is Kenny. Now would Max be friends with Kenny if he was racist and hated Black People? Would Kenny still stream and be friends with Max after that whole ordeal? No.
Now apply that same level of thinking to a popular manga artist such as the AoT author and his International successful Japanese comic book about blonde uber dudes killing Naked giant men. No, he would get called and chewed pretty quickly. My point is, Max is not a Racist in the same vein that Hajime Isayama is not a nazi sympathiser. Nor is Araki from Jojo fame just because he had a character who was a nazi in one part, Part 2 specifically.
