To give you an honest answer, i'm not sure. What I will say is that the only religion i've ever truly believed in is making folks feel good. Perhaps not for yourself, but many people appreciate a small greeting. Doesn't have to be a long conversation..just an acknowledgement of the new day.

My friends always bugged out with my kids greeting them with breakfast plates after a long weekend of drinking. Always saying they couldn't understand why my kids were like that. I told them the truth..they just like to see your surprised smile 😃
