-Music is great. Very Witcher 3.
-Insightful look at devs mentality on what they want to create.
-Huge lore dump on the world building and the setting and how it works.
-Male protagonist in Coen as a Human turned Dhampir/Dawnwalker.
-New intriguing way of turning people into Vampires via an impaled Vampire Fang through the heart.
-2.5 seconds of gameplay shows a definite Dark Fantasy vibe with great monster design and seems on par with Witcher 3 art direction.
-Game takes place 2 years after the intro and is across 30 days and 30 nights.
-completing Quests or big actions moves time forward, lesser activities do not.
-Blood hunger can cause you to kill any NPC and drastically change your playthrough potentially breaking or ending some quests prematurely.
-Vampire politics centered around isolating a large valley, taking care of a subset of humans to ripen then up and then be offered as blood sacrifices to their Vampire Lords. Twisted Vampiric rule. I like.
I was hoping for more gameplay but I like the lore dump and what they have shown so far looks promising. If I had to guess a release date it's probably 2027 or 2028. Best case scenario 2026.
More hyped for this then Witcher 4 in comparison. Interesting times ahead. Eager to learn more this Summer(probably early Fall).
Finally another Vampire game at long last.
