OK, for all the people seeing blue and black, could you screen shot it and then upload it again?
I need to know.
I just don't understand this question at all.

I see blue, and some parts of the trim are goldish or charcoal, depending on how the light hits.I used the snipping tool...

White and black? That dress you're linking to is white and black.
I am freaking out. It was white/gold and I could not comprehend how people saw blue and black and when I scrolled back it was blue and black, like I'm being trolled.

This?
Is this the actual dress in the OP?
I want to see the dress in the OP, in the same context, but with different lighting to prove its supposed color.
Here. Fixed the exposure.

Okay wtf, has the image changed? I saw this thread 10 minutes ago it was white and gold, it's now blue and black. Is this a viral campaign?
There is NO CHANCE this is the actual dress.

The photo is overexposed and the colors showing are white and gold. If you try to look at it from the point of view of a photo actually overexposed, congrats. Real life barely works like that though.
If you just look at it as the colors being shown in the photo, then no, it's light blue-ish grey and brown. That's not wrong, that's just looking at a photo in your screen and seeing how the colors actually are.
If in real life there could be something similar, I could agree to it being a test for your eyes. For this though, it's just lame.

It's your eyes adjusting to the colors. Constantly.

It comes in a bunch of colours, white and black (not gold) is the default. Click blue.
