Why do you need footage? At the end of the day, its a teaser thats more than a year before the movie comes out. They don't even need to do a teaser trailer for this, they have the hype already.

Cause i'd like to see what it looks like?

The previous Dark Knight teaser was just the Batman logo with a black background combined with like a line from Alfred, a line from Wayne and the Joker laughing. It was hardly a minute long.

And it STILL got you HYPED. This time it's probably going to be a line from Bane with the Batman logo + "Rises 2012".

same here, too bad that movie was put on hold. But once it gets back into gear I think he'll make a decent Mad Max. Too bad it couldn't be Mel Gibson, but I guess he's gone too insane.

Awesome! I hope it's something like the Batman Begins teaser, and not the TDK one. Y'know, with actual footage, and not some graphic with voice overs in the background.

I thought the TDK teaser (the one where bat sign disintegrates) was really well done. I must have watched that stupid thing over two dozen times. I suppose it worked because of Joker's unsettling voice.

That plus the theme fits perfectly.

It also depends where you see it. Yeah I saw it online but it was a surprise when I first saw it, in front of the Simpsons movie, and considering the crowd...everyone went nuts.

Which is why I think attaching the teaser in front of a harry potter movie sounds kinda iffy. Isn't the target demographic of Harry potter kids under 18? Whatever.

Harry Potter has a very varied audience. It's the perfect audience lots of crossover.

I don't think you realize just how large the HP audience is...people who started reading the first book when it came out would now be over 18 considering the releases spanned 10 years...
