Was anyone able to get midnight tickets online. All I'm getting are Friday showtimes

Bought my tickets to the midnight showing at the Ann Arbor IMAX. Woulda been Indy but I'm on vacation that week. EXCITE! BTW, this was the first time I ever had the option of choosing my seats @ an IMAX. What a weird experience...
Also noticed they are spreading out the show times every 3.5 hours, both for IMAX and regular theater. Just sayin...

The purchase didn't go through for me the first time, restarted and I got my 2 tickets for the midnight showing in Houston.

If your having trouble getting IMAX tickets for midnight try looking at the thursday times. Its what I had to do for a 12:01am showing.

Getting my 2nd ticket for Sunday now. Did it with Dark Knight.
Inception wasn't worth it though, I knew after watching the first time it was meh.
At midnight I'm going to bed or already asleep. I can wait til the next day, thank you very much!

No joke, for the 3AM showing of TDK last time around (my second time seeing it, won tickets to see it a few days early) I downed a 320z energy drink slushy that I'd poured a 5 hour energy into.
It was the best car ride I've ever experienced...

What's not to get about seeing a movie in theater packed with an enthusiastic audience? Pretty much everyone in there is as crazy about Batman/Nolan/film as you are.
I don't particularly like them, but it's a really nice theater experience for people who enjoy a vivid audience.

So after 10 minutes of errors finally got through and got 5 tickets for Saturday July 21st. The truMAX in Manhattan doesn't have a midnight show besides the Thursday night midnight show. All the other showings are 6pm, 10pm, and then 220am.
220am might be a crazy ass experience but oh well 2 in the afternoon it is.

I can't do midnight showings either, I would love to if I went with friends but with movies like this it's a ritual that I must go alone for the first viewing and hate being annoyed during it. And I can't be bothered to deal with extra loud midnight assholes. Friday/Saturday night opening weekend is good enough mix of fun crowd atmosphere without being too crazy and late where everyone shows up drunk and shouts stupid shit at the screen thinking they're funny.

BTW the midnight show at Lincoln Square has been sold out for 6 months. It was put on sale back in December and sold out within minutes.
