The Dead Will Rise graffiti on a locked out contaminated building.
This game would be perfect for a zombie apokalypse later on. I mean there is already a virus so why not zombies.
I really want to like this game but i cant see myself spending 30+ hours running around to find "yellow" weapons. Destiny had atleast greatlooking places and crazy looking gear and monsters but here you are in a city and normal people attacking you. That`s it. Also you dont really see that much of a difference in the gear. Great i found some purple knee pats..... Playing many hours to up my stats? for what?
and i see many here thing the same way. Will have to wait and see what people think of the full game.

I've been really enjoying the beta. Made it to Level 8 and DZ12, and I can't wait for the full game.
One thing I'm curious about though is the expectations players have for it in regards to content.I feel like I'm hearing a lot of comparisons to Destiny and the shortcomings with content stagnation, but, is The Division supposed to be the "MMO" sort of game a lot of people think?
I feel like most of the info from Ubisoft seems to communicate it as an open world RPG that has co-op and an adversarial PVP mode. The only time you see players that aren't in your group are in the Dark Zone or Camp Hudson. Is Camp Hudson really supposed to be the "social hub"? It doesn't feel like it.

I thought tom clancy games were supposed to be anchored in reality in terms of the story, we have a real virus, smallpox, why do people think this could lead to zombies?
Maybe reading up on smallpox and what it does to the human body is a good start!

Gotta remember it's a beta and the game at it's most basic state. Grinding for gear in the beta is honestly kind of pointless other than improving your stats for pvp at this point. Higher level content will most likely demand for higher end gear and more skills from the skill tree, talents and perks.

If they can keep a balance of risk versus reward for the rogue stuff, plus the reward for killing rogues, then there could be some really interesting play there...

We had a good half hour where there were no players in our DZ or non-DZ instances, we had the city to ourselves. After seeing a loading screen we saw a shit load of people.

correct, that's in the dark zone. in the pve world the real players are in your squad or in camp hudson. There will be more social zones in the final release

I've never seen a single player other than my group in the PVE areas. Other than Camp Hudson.
Took me a few tries to get there. Great secondary weapon.

the rogue and extract system sucks.. when you're all done with the story and side missions what can you possibly do in the DZ? troll lower level players in the extract zone?

i shot somebody who was rouge but i didnt become rouge. Was that a bug?
i never attack normal people. I would feel bad doing so maybe because i know how it is to get shot for no reason. That can get really frustrating.
Rouges get my bullets though^^
If you are lvl 30 then the whole dark zone becomes lvl 30 and you won't even see any lower players around.

but you wont do anything different in the full game. You will do what we are doing in this beta. The only difference is that you will need stronger gear that looks the same or you dont even notice like knee pats and fight stronger Humans later on. That`s it.

point still remains you're left extracting gear that has no real purpose at the end game.. at that point why would anyone bother to log in?
This game already gives me I am Legend feels, would be interesting if the plot twist higher into the game is weird shit.

that`s also my concern. What`s the point in playing so long and finding what are stat upgrades that all look almost the same. I have a little hope with the possible zombie part. That could spice it up a bit.

the appearance gear almost looks identical as well lol and the AI is awful even at the hardest difficulty.
Maybe. My game just crashed while taking on a team of rogue agents.

it`s a bug. And people found a way to reproduce it.
It's not an MMO and you don't pay a fee for it.
I don't log into Dragon Age Inquisition anymore after having beaten it either, even if I could grind for better gear than I have.
It's just a normal game, people can play it or drop it however.
I'll just come back for each new content, as I always do with my games.

I didn't realise that getting to level 8 before my friends meant we can't go into the DZ together. Fucks up my plans for tonight, we were all gonna team up but one of my friends only started today so no chance of him getting to level 8 in time. Wish they could just let me into the 1-7 DZ and just give me a nerf on my stats.
If he joins your party, then he should be pulled into the lvl 8 DZ
