as I said in one comment. if someone wants to do media/entertainment for certain demographic is totally fine (a game like this shouldn't be victim of the anti woke mob) it should just be ignored.

I remember talking to Quantic Dream about this game years back and thinking "well this sounds just awful." I agree with whoever said that this sort of game should totally be allowed to exist, and I would hardly demand that the developers not develop a game that's less focused on pandering bullshit. They should be allowed to make the game they want, just the same as I should be allowed to play my big tiddie anime sims. Let the game be shit on its own merits. Which Dustborn apparently is.
