Did they fix the scaling problem of that game?
I really don't want to play another game where it is best to stay at a lower level and never go to sleep

That worked. But it's the equivalent of $75/€66 here, not sure about that... Cheaper than a new AAA release, but still.

They're both RPGs with dozens of hours of gameplay for the main story alone, launching very close to each other. Obviously, one will affect the other, and it's usually the new IP by an indie studio that gets overshadowed by the much bigger and more established IP.

That bodytype option is token wokeism, like devs telling them- "ok u got ur bodytype option, now kindly fuck off" , any sane person forgets about it 5 seconds after we are done with character creation screen =D

Guys, honest question, is Hardware Lumen even working?
I can't see any difference, in a dungeon or outside.
Except the big performance drop.

Also, is the game using the DLSS transformer model or CNN?
 
Just a little tip.
If you dont want the Oblivion gates all over the map, dont go to Kvatch.
You can then do all the side quests, guild quests etc (which make up like 90% of the game) with a Oblivion gate free map.

Then once all the side stuff is done, just carry on with the main quest.

Thats what i always did with Oblivion, and its way better for it imo.

Except in the old game aint no one wanting to go through the main story being leveled up lmao.

Yeah it's about an 18% performance loss and I can't tell the difference but I'm not a pro at spotting that type of stuff
 
so i did hamper my excpectations and it is just oblivion but more pretty. i wasnt excpecting more or less but would have ben pleasently suprised if they added more features like camping,hunting,more npcs etc {even the oblivion gates have 1 dremora and a scamp,so much for invasion}its 2025 it can handle more then 2 enemies, also whats with low distance fog oblivion in 2005 had longer distance draw, sso im not runing to get it as its stil the same experience

So i noticed that without HW Lumen there is no AO on the gras for example, but it still looks kinda bad... not even close to Avowed with HW RT on.
Those Screenspace reflections are not too hot either.
So far i would say the game looks pretty good in dungeons but outside not so much.
 
Performance isn't perfect on Series X.
But it works well enough considering it's two completely different game engines bolted together.

 
Is anyone else CPU Temperature high when caching shaders at the beginning? I get almost 91 degrees. That's a little bit much if you ask me.
Anyways Game looks absolutely gorgeous especially Uriel Septim.

Game looks mostly fun, went through middle school and friends were always playing the original Oblivion elder scrolls. The amount of time needed for a game like this is insane.

In principle, they're not exactly wrong. I think it's fine as long as the game doesn't get banned for general discussion on the whole forum, or something along those lines.
