The Final Bosman Show

I'm going to need a refresher on this story.

In an earlier episode Kyle reveals he has a crush on a girl who girls at the deli, then before he can ask her out Damiani does, and then they date, and its something that upsets Kyle whenever it's brought up

Ah, I guess it's how the ManUp jokes about Last of Us aren't funny to me since I also like that game, ok, I get it.

I'm still fake-mad at Ian Hinck for making fun of The Walking Dead and it's viewers.

I love that show and i'll wear his "Human Garbage" badge with pride.

Great episode. I 'd forgotten that Kyle doesn't necessarilly mince matters. This episode felt particularly genuine.

"I think that these gentlemen are something less than kind of funny."

"If you just went to Giant Bomb, you might mistakenly think that Shadow of Mordor is a great game."

I agree with these two points in particular. lol

This was great because it's literally the most negative thing that Bosman has ever said during the year-plus run of the show.

Someone shop The Gentleman Bosman (top hat / monocle / mustache / bowtie) with that quote please.

Good but sad episode, such a shame good sites like GT and Joystiq end up in trouble but rubbish sites like.. well you know, get to keep trucking along.

Rewatched the episode and...

"We need those clicks. We need those clicks so we can keep talking about those Japanese RPGs." lol

Final Bosman is good but right now my favorite thing in all of gaming media entertainment is the D&D tabletop adventures show.

link?

he's just gotta realize there are literally billions of other women

anyway, great episode as usual. Wish him the best no matter what happens and if it's Patreon or whatever it's called I'll most likely support him there too.

Couldn't agree more with his Shovel Knight point.
Self awareness is alright when it's subtle, and so are references, otherwise it becomes just obnoxious.

Great Huber performance at the end there ;)

This episode totally nailed the vibe thing. It's what separates a good game from a great game.

Metroid Prime 1 & 2 (didn't play 3) had really good "vibe" for me, I was just SO terrible at first-person games that I got 90% done with each one and then got stuck... someday...

Haha, good episode.

I seriously thought that he was going to retract on some of the 'negative' attitudes he put forth last week, glad he didn't. And that he caught that missing 'e'. If he hadn't, well... I probably would've stopped watching him altogether.

Great episode, but I can't believe he harshed on Homeworld: Remaster.

That game is goddang gorgeous.

I do think that isn't totally off the ball there. It's not as bad as, say, the FFVI iOS remake, but even though the Homeworld remaster looks good, it does sacrifice some character.

Caught up to the last 20 eps. Kyle gives me such good vibes. His writing and topics have improved significantly.
