Right, screens popping up left and right. I like to think that the hackers wrote a hacker automation tool where they simply launch the HAT and input "hack government" and then following selecting the appropriate hack options.

at least she and cisco didn't start typing on the same computer.

I make fun of the hacking on Arrow every single week. Thankfully, it's almost always just a plot device to get the hero and villain in the same place.

Thats the only way it would work lol.........

Who made this again?

I want to thank you. Again.

OMG I made that for the Arrow S2 thread! It's spreading! You're welcome :) maybe I should start some shipping up in here.

holy shit Captain Cold was great. Glad he actually escaped too, was getting tired of all the villains getting killed / captured at the end of each episode. And was that Heat Wave at the end? If so Flash is shitting on Arrow when it comes to using actual DC villains, theres been 1 per episode so far.

Also, Felicity...oh Felicity...

edit: is the dude that got stuck in the particle accelerator room going to be someone from the comics? spoiler me experts

Seeing Felicity in Central City was fun. Dr. Wells is like the scariest nerd ever.

Now PLEASE let Captain Singh do more than scowl at Barry in one scene and then exit scene left.

Love the continuity between shows, with Felicity being absent from this week's Arrow episode

It was probably also a practical reason. If she's off filming for Flash, they don't have her available for that week's Arrow, assuming the episodes are scheduled to be filmed at the same time (and they probably are).

I think the Flash's filming schedule is a few days ahead of Arrow's but they're very close to overlapping. Emily pulling double duty won't be easy.

Maybe Felicity can join Ray Palmer when he jumps ship to Flash.

Felicity's value is in her scarcity. If you put her everywhere it won't be as meaningful as her being in a single Flash episode.

Besides, we can fill the rest of the charisma quota with people like Wentworth Miller.

I like how they set up Cold in this episode, especially his character
So Rogues gonna be the usual team? Cold, Heatwave, Weather Wizard, Trickster and Plastique if she isn't axed?

Detective West has killed Weather Wizard in the premiere. But they can always later say that brother of Weather Wizard somehow survived the plane crash.

Comics spoilers that are likely show spoilers...

Not only can they say that, I'm sure they planned it.

In the comics, Mark Mardon is the Weather Wizard, and he has a dead brother. Clive is the brother that was shown in the pilot. I'm sure the real Weather Wizard is coming, and I bet they play up a revenge angle.

I would've rather written that in spoilers, but thanks.

Fun series, as long as you don't take it TOO seriously and think too much about it.

Wonder if we get to see the Elongated Man...

Fun show. I already like it more than Arrow, since it doesn't have any of those annoying island flashbacks. Those never worked for me on Arrow.

Just tagged it. You may want to do the same.

And sorry about that, I'm usually more careful. I thought it had already come up a few times.

After watching Arrow and The Flash back to back for the first time,

Did you notice that they used the same coffee shop in both shows?
The Coffee shop where Felicity met Barry for the trivia contest, was the same coffee shop Ollie met Thea in. They simply changed the sign in the background.

I would get some screenshots if I wan't lazy, but its not that important anyway.

Wentworth Miller did a great job as Captain Cold. First actual good villain in the series.

oh and goddamn at Felicity in that black dress

Oh what, I'm just catching up and Episode 4 takes place after a Arrow cross over?

But I didn't watch arrow yet. How am I supposed to do this?

God dammit.

Not exactly. Barry started out on Arrow early last season. He hasn't shown up there since (well, he sorta did but it's not important at all). Felicity showing up on The Flash was a one way crossover, in other words. There'll be a crossover between the two shows later this year.

So basically: you didn't miss anything yet.

That part was silly IMO. Yeah, CW means pretty people in sexy outfits/positions, and I'm all for that, but we're supposed to believe that Barry invited Felicity to a trivia night at a local coffee shop and her first thought is "this sexy black dress with an abundance of revealing cutouts is perfect for the occasion!!"

And I haven't been a big fan of her wardrobe in general lately. Whoever picked that red dress a few episodes ago was not thinking clearly. It was not flattering at all, and you'd have to try pretty damn hard to make EBR look unflattering.

How are they gonna sync back Arrow and Flash if one of them is making a break now and other one is not?

I want big crossover to happen in one week. :-/

Yeah, you don't have to watch both. Just more fun for people who like both shows.

But this episode's "previously on the flash" was all footage of Felicity interacting with Barry/people at the labs. When did that happen?

The original cross-overs on season 2 of Arrow. The Barry stuff is around episode 8-9, the lab people is around episode 20 somewhere.

I would imagine Arrow takes a break during American Thanksgiving week since it's a Wedn show and most people travel.

Not sure if that syncs the Flash.. hmm

Think that would put em both at 7 for the week

Then the following week would be episode 8 for each and then one more until midseason finale?

The scheduling past 11/18-11/19 isn't up yet, but I'd be shocked if they didn't have it all lined up. It makes no sense for them to build up to a huge crossover and then not air them on consecutive nights.

Yeah
Especially since The Flash episode comes first and this would actually put Arrow ahead by an episode

Yeah, it'll be off-set by Arrow not having an episode the day before Thanksgiving while the Flash will on Tuesday and the crossover will take place on December 2nd and 3rd. Simple as that but I don't think that will be the mid-season finale, I'm pretty sure we'll get to at least episode 9 the following week for both shows before the break.

CW announced that the final airings before the holiday break are:

“The Flash” – December 9, 8:00 p.m.
“Arrow” – December 10, 8:00 p.m.

LTTEpisode but last one was great. Wentworth killed it as Captain Cold. Only issues with the Ep is there was no real reason for Cisco's vacuum bluff when a gun would have been just as effective (maybe they don't have access to a gun?) and Barry's pining for Iris when Felicity is sitting right next to you IN THAT DRESS GODDAYUM is something only a high schooler would be doing, but this is the CW so I get it.

The worst part of last episode is magical appearance of Cisco, Felicity and Kaitlin on the scene of the train accident, 30 secs after train derailed and stopped. How the hell they traveled there and sneaked behind the back of Capt Cold while carrying that bigass vacuum cleaner?

I don't like when people just magically appear like that.
