Hopefully they're trying to get Alexis Denisof for Mirror Master, he's a series regular on a show with a low episode count so that's possible. Abra Kadabra probably shouldn't be introduced until they formally introduce Time Travel. The Top will come whenever.

Stein and Jason are completely and totally interchangeable. I don't even particularly like Ronnie, but people seem to love the dumb jock because of history. In fact, as a whole Firestorm has been at Hank Pym levels for a long time.
