Seems like some of those scenes are from the week after. The Firestorm stuff.
I'm wondering if current Wells could actually have been the Reverse Flash in the midseason finale considering what was revealed today.
Basically, I think he's losing control of the speed force and needs the suit to stabilize the output.guek said:My pie n the sky prediction isWells is going to try to body swap with Barry. He's unable to control the speed force adequately without the suit and is progressively vibrating towards complete paralysis. He wants to switch his body with Barry's but only just before Wells is about to become paralyzed indefinitely. This would avoid any chance of Barry reversing the mind switch. Wells will actually succeed in body swapping for a short time until Barry has some kind of epiphany or zen moment which then allows him to control Wells' body. He'll go out and defeat Flash as the Reverse-Flash and then reverse the mind switch. Barry will have his body back and Wells will be paralyzed. Kinda dark, now that I think about it.
That guy can go from menacing to funny to full-on scenery chewer. None can compare. :3The Barrowman is probably my favorite actor in the arrowverse.

Can we talk about Malese Jow now? Or as I like to call her, mini Moon Bloodgood

I like John Barrowman, but I don't really find him that menacing in this role. That guy can go from menacing to funny to full-on scenery chewer. None can compare. :3
Iris, like Laurel, is a waste of screen tine.
i'm guessing you missed tonights episode of Arrow?
Mark's even got his hair up! I love how he's such a comic book nerd! Looks like the original costume is in play too.
I know I can't prove it... but I bet Hamill loves this more than Star Wars.

I love how Hartley spoke Spanish to Cisco, French to Caitlin and Latin (I think) to Wells. Adds a whole exotic Bond-villain flair to the whole thing.
Barry's, "I should have taken a language in high school." cracked me up.

Sure. May as well since she'll only be around for a few eps and then poof for another year or so until she pops up on another CW show.

It was intentional to anger Cisco more. His spanish was fucking AWFUL though![]()
So why is Hartley put in that prison cell where all the other metahumans go? He has no powers. He should just be in a normal prison.

That was my biggest problem with him being locked up. It's really inconsistent because why do Cold, Heatwave, and Clock King get carted off to normal prison then? Obviously the Star Labs thing is a plot device to put away the Villain of the Week without killing them off, but it is super weird when you think about it.
.
People who know Barry's identity get locked up.
I don't think Pied Piper knows Barry's identity. He knew that The Flash was connected to Star Labs, but I don't remember him making a mention of Barry at all.
Process of elimination, surely. Unless Star Labs has more people working they're than the four we know about.
Well Barry works for the Central City Police Department. Him visiting the lab is explained away from him doing it for his job, same way that Joe is there as well. And I don't think Pied Piper dealt with Barry at Star Labs, outside of encountering The Flash. There really isn't any reason he should know who Barry is, or exists. At least that I saw.
The bigger question is how three full-time people at Star Labs do so much shit on a weekly basis. I mean before the Accelerator went boom there were at least a dozen employees there.
I don't think they do anything besides helping Barry at this moment.
Then again we have Felicity farting out computer programs while watching Big Bang Theory.I know. But Cisco is inventing new tech on a weekly basis, and physically making it. It's an awesome character trait, but he'd made a fully working COLD GUN in secret without anyone else at Star Labs knowing about it. Within weeks of meeting The Flash. That's some Lucius Fox level shit.
You mean when she's back on the show in two years time to date Wally, right?
Assuming we even get a Wally, sure that too. I was more pointing out how she floats from CW show to CW show, always a guest star, never recurring.
People who know Barry's identity get locked up.
So its OK to lock a guy away in solitary confinement for life just because he knows Barry's identity? The Pied Piper had only caused a bit of vandalism at this point yet gets life in prison without trial.
I can understand Ollie locking people up without trial because he does what he needs to and has no issues killing or torturing when its needed but Barry enjoying locking people up like this doesn't fit him supposedly being the boy scout hero.
Attempted murder is a bit worse than "a bit of vandalism."
