BARRY AND TEAM TRAVEL TO GORILLA CITY AND FACE GRODD When Jesse Quick (guest star Violett Beane) informs the team that her father (Tom Cavanagh) has been abducted, Barry (Grant Gustin), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Julian (Tom Felton) voyage to Earth-2 on a rescue mission to save Harry from Gorilla City. As they trek through the forest, Barry and the team are immediately captured and brought to Grodd (voiced by David Sobolov). Grodd tells them he needs their help to stop Solovar (voiced by Keith David), the leader of Gorilla City, as Solovar wants to invade Earth-1. Meanwhile, back on Earth-1, Jesse and Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) hit the streets to stop a metahuman that can control gravity, with H.R. and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) guiding them from S.T.A.R Labs. Dermott Downs directed the episode with story by Andrew Kresiberg and teleplay by Aaron Helbing & David Kob (FLA313). Original airdate 2/21/2017.

That Flash channel on Youtube that uploads clips from various comic shows and some how doesn't get taken down, put up the Reverse Flash/Black Flash scene from Tuesday's episode and it already has over 1.1M views.

Looking at their videos who ever runs it can upload damn near entire episodes (like with the last episode of the Flash) broken up by scene or just the relevant bits, it's pretty far beyond just clips like the scene previews the CW releases. As for the view count for that scene, it's a lot for an episode of a show that just aired less than 48 hours ago and compared to everything else they've recently uploaded, the last upload they put up that broke a million views was the scene where Cisco falls under Savitar's influence and almost gets Barry and Wally which was put up almost two months ago.

HR is annoying and feels like he exists to actively slow everyone else down. He has the same effect Rita had on Dexter. When he shows up it means the progression of the plot is probably going to come to a halt or pivot into a different unnecessary direction.

I kind of get the feeling that the balance is going to be Wally being faster, but Barry having a better handle on other ways of harnessing the Speed Force .

I believe that's how they are differentiated in the comics as well.
From what I vaguely recall, Barry Allen created the Speedforce, and has the most experience with it. He's the one who develops the more complex/insane use of Speedforce throughout the comics.
Wally West is reportedly the fastest of the speedsters, at times faster than even Barry. But because Barry will always have the edge in terms of experience with the Speedforce, this is how they are distinguished. Wally also had the privilege of being taught how to use the Speedforce via Barry when Barry didn't have any support when he first accessed it.
