Strange phenomenon in the UK, where the BBC are constantly lambasted by a certain demographic. Yet people overseas seem to have great fondness for the BBC.
I've got cable tv here in the Netherlands almost solely for the BBC channels.

If his tires reach the cliff Button can just drive along side him at some point having so much more traction. We've seen this happen quite a few times now.

Well button still has to clear Alonso, who is no easy pass either. We saw how Vettel killed Button's SS tires. Even if they drop off, it's better to stay out now than pit. He can defend instead of guaranteed 3rd.

does Kobayashi have to pit aagain?
If not I hope 2 cars that are ahead of him crash or something.
think Sutil and Kobayashi are both 1 stop

Button and Alonso crashing = Kob on podium :D

These ONEHD ad breaks are so jarring :( From marvelous BBC coverage, to jarring Aussie accent and then an ad about some piece of shit insignificant thing, like Rivers clothing or Hardly Normals.

It's quite terrible..

Not enjoying the BBC commentary today though.. They haven't been paying enough attention to what's actually happening on the screen.

I don't mind paying the license fee, I just think you should have access to TV without the BBC channels, and then not have to pay it.

It's the lack of choice that annoys me.

Stop It

Perfectly able to grasp the inherent value of the fishing game.
Alonso now right up Vettel's tail, and Button isn't getting much slower.

The end of this race could well be very epic indeed.

You're right - F5ing this thread keeps me well ahead of the commentary too!

Another ad break, last one though. I'm glad they are going back to the BBC coverage quicker than they used to, hearing Rust talk is so aggravating.

vettel is lucky if he makes the podium, horrible horrible strategy by red bull.
Dangerous and irresponsible more like. If Vettel's tyres blow due to the stress, that is going to cause all hell to break loose.

Holding off just Alonso looks like it's a struggle. If Button catches up Vettel could hope that he and Alonso trip eachother up. If Vettel manages to keep those tires going to the end it'll be a phenominal bit of work.

18 laps left, both vettel and alonso are either going to pit or be slow as fuck in the end.

We're just seeing a repeat of Barcelona right now, just for a different reason.
