Considering that they are under investigation for it, you can be fairly sure that they're both going to get done. And if they are found guilty, they're both going to get significant penalties.

It's really not that difficult a concept. McLaren did it with Button as well and developed the car to suit his driving style which was less aggressive and generally slower, they have since turned to shit.
