If it's indeed true a 25 second penalty would be a joke. It would just mean you have to be fast enough to avoid a meaningful penalty. Grid penalty for next race makes more sense.

Well, driving faster and increasing the tires temperature also increses the tyre pressure, so I guess they hope that will save their asses if the claim is true.

If it was only one car with tyre pressure below the limit, I would give them a softer penalty. Both cars (especially Rosberg under 1.1PSI below the minimum pressure) mean they were intentionally cheating so DQ both cars and heavily fine the team.

If they do this again DQ the team from the WCC.
