I wasn't gonna say, but yeah that was my first thought too when this news got out. It had to have been someone high up.

Holy shit, Fernando claiming that they're gonna be super fast next year and the Manor is gonna be shit because their chassis will forever be crap.
hmmmm
That's what he's always been saying.
To be fair, if it's 22, that means we'll lose one team between now and March.
hmmmm
@f1enigma: Im perplexed with all the Bernie comments. So confusing
EDIT: I see you corrected your mistake. THIS POST IS NOW REDUNDANT

I think little greedy dwarf brought them back together, because he apparently said to some media people that RBR engine deal is 'sorted'
Funny, we can almost say the same about Alonso's Minardi Honda.

I have 3 words for you, twenty fucking twelve.A 100% Peter P car design and an on song Honda PU = race winning machine. McLaren Honda would have won this season if they were allowed to fix their ERS, Button says the issue is an easy fix but due to the retarded token system they couldn't do shit.
Next season we're going to see a Honda/Brawn leap in performance. I wouldn't be surprised if McLaren Honda and its drivers take both championships.

lol sky commentators are just throwing out different Red Bull rumors left, right and centre.
It's a crying shame that that whole diesel-scandal had to pop up just right now.
I'm convinced this kind of stuff happens with every manufacturer, so I wonder which of them spilled the beans on VW. It was either a disgruntled employee or one of the other manufacturers that went "hey, you might want to look into this on these cars"

It was discovered by some American scientists.
It was actually discovered by German scientists from Berlin at the ICCT.
I thought this was the start of the scandal?

Can't read that article, but the guys from the ICCT were interviewed regularly by German media over the last weeks. The ICCT apparently has locations in the US too, so that's probably the root of the confusion. I think the actual experiments were conducted in Berlin, but it was probably joint work across their locations.

GP3? Who cares.
I wouldn't even want to do this in Gran Turismo 6.Lessons learnt from Bianchi accident:

On Inside F1, EJ said the rumor about Red Bull buying Formula 1 could happen and he also said that another possibility is Red Bull takes over the motorsport part of Volkswagen Group.

Why even assume that Red Bull would continue running a team if they bought F1.

Ummm....no."Nico and Alonso are on the same level and then you have Daniel Ricciardo and Dany Kvyat. They are the top drivers in the rankings with two or three tenths difference in their speed."
