BRANDY 2/11. I am calling it, album of the year. My body is ready for this cd.
Vespertine is truly one of the great albums released in my lifetime. I absolutely believe that.
It also formed the backdrop for what I consider to be her greatest concert ever, which I wrote a meandering, masturbatory post about in late September.
I saw her on the Voltaic tour and it was easily one of the best life performances I've ever seen. I was expecting it to be good but instead it just rewrote my expectations for how good a live performance could be. She also brought on Anthony Hegarty (for Dark Flame) and Toumani Diabaté to play the parts they're actually in on the album.

I'm seeing bad reviews from MONSTERS about the show.
unless they are Korean and attended the show they dont know shit, looking at pics and watching LQ youtube videos isn't the same. And some expected her to do songs that are not in BTW which is the album she is touring for.

I read there are no video intervals. But that could be because the Korean government wont allow their content. Makes no sense not to have amazing video intervals, they were flawless in the MB Tour.

Hmm. That's possible. I think there might have been a bit of a weird situation where the tour OVERALL was not as ready as they had hoped. I've heard murmurs that those leaked Armani costume designs didn't even appear in the show.
It would also explain why Paul Blair was working on the interludes only seven days before the first show, which was a little early.
Heck Terry Richardson was there tonight photgraphing the crowds and Gaga for what I can only assume will be the Tour Programme Book (which was also not for sale in Korea).
She's saving her real, official debut for Australia.

No chance. There is no banning of songs or performances unless it's pro-NK propaganda or something. She can do whatever she wants when the R rating is there. The ratings board has no authority to ban anything.
