It's a really unique game because it's most definitely telling the story of Ryan and Amy, and there's faith stuff mixed in, and of course the uniqueness of a child having cancer. It's not a game that everyone will like.

I believe what i heard was total biscuits rather negative opinion. I guess considering his condition it probably wasn't what he wants to play at the moment.

Is it a good game, is it well made, these questions are hard to answer in the context of the player and for many it strikes a very different chord and with a strong authorial vision, religious undertones and unconventional pseudo-gameplay that won't be everyone's cup of tea. But the development behind it embodies a side of gaming that definitely carries 'impact', art as a challenge against reality, as unadulterated expression.
