I believe i heard total biscuits being rather negative about it. I guess considering his condition it probably wasn't what he wants to play.

Lots of people didn't connect with it. I think Jim Sterling didn't love it either because of the faith aspect.

Like I said, it's a truly unique game. It's hard to understate how different reactions can be to it. I think it's worth experiencing though. It's something I'd like to see more of from games, in terms of presenting strong, unique, real experiences.

Right. Is it a good game, is it well made, these questions are hard to answer in the context of the player and for many it strikes a very different chord and with a strong authorial vision, religious undertones and unconventional pseudo-gameplay that won't be everyone's cup of tea. But the development behind it embodies a side of gaming that definitely carries 'impact', art as a challenge against reality, as unadulterated expression.

Absolutely. I hope we get more autobiographical stuff like this. It's powerful artistry.
