I thought the how they implemented line of sight was technical wizardry, but then I noticed that it wasn't actually drawing line of sight, rather the game is in 3D and the dark areas are actually just pitch black geometry that you can't see through rising up to block the top-down camera from seeing behind the "walls" on the floormap. Very clever.

Are they not gonna do a QL of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate's demo? They did one with Tri's back in the day. Although it was basically just Jeff mashing buttons and accidentally managing to kill Great Jaggi.

I don't want to think about MHTri's quick look and I hope they at least learned something from that disaster.

Pretty sure Patrick mentioned somewhere that he was taking on MH. I suspect he'll go in with a more open mind than Jeff did last time. (Doubt they'll post anything till release though)
