The setting already looks infinitely more fun and varied than GTA IV's (forests now) From this brief glimpse, it looks like it will have more charisma and energy, but disappointing it's not a whole new type of city or time period. I would have loved an extreme version of Washington in the 70s, as one radical prediction.

Graphically a bit disappointing. Looks like GTA4 engine with higher res / more AA. But I guess that's exactly what it is.

As far as the setting... I hope it's not another gang themed one. SA had the worst setting in a modern GTA imo.
