When it comes to these crypto bombs, unless someone can prove one of the owners or paid promoters are in on the scam trying to screw people over like a pyramid scheme or nigerian grift email I dont see how anyone can charge them.

If Walmart hired Tom Cruise to do TV ads and suddenly the company tanked due to the CEO being charged with kiddie porn or the company did shady accounting irregularities on earnings, how can anyone charge Tom Cruise? Just because he was promoting it?

You get some stocks or SPACS IPO'ing and right away it starts tanking. Just because it tanks doesnt mean the CEO is guilty of fraud.
