the main reason why i prefer not to have players being in other teams is not because i dont trust you guys, but when you have certain players playing support for other captains, their kdr will affect their team.

turncoats are purely optional for the team that's missing a player, and everyone has to agree to the substitution to make it somewhat fair. If we notice that a team never has enough for 5 most nights then maybe we need to reshuffle or supplement them with other frequent players.

I really think the captains should be stepping up and organizing their team and then liaising with Procarbine to set up official match dates.

I feel like with 4 teams, we really need to schedule matches, but with 3 the IHL can be going on multiple hours near daily. Waiting a few days sounds good though.

But I'll agree that the number of teams should be cut down. I don't see what would be wrong with just two teams? Seems like a game could always be going on then.

I'm seeing this less as a competitive exercise to find out who's the best and more of getting people to group up more and not be shy to participate in the clan channel and thread.

We've had over 20 people on all day doing in houses two days straight, and mumble is hitting 15+ people, yet we haven't been able to do a single league game xD. IMO, just dissolve the team with the lowest captain votes and put the players on teams as you see fit in order to balance them out for best results. Then lets start this thing, we could be having games going all day.

Edit: If you're worried about a third team getting left out, we always have a ton of spectators; in fact, too many people want to spectate. I'm sure teams won't mind taking turns and spectating. And hell, if two teams happen to have 10 people on we could do a team 1A vs team 1B and team 2A vs team 2B.

This. Giving a time then failing to show up would be a best reason for dissolving a team. Right now no one has a reason to show up other then just to play regular HON in house or matching making against pubs.

I think this redistribution is totally fair and in no way skews the power balance towards one team, since only 5 can play anyway and like what Anbokr said, people love spectating, especially after just playing the previous game. We've noticed 2-4 from each team were regularly AFK or offline so this makes more sense.

Totally being fair and impartial here guys. Totally.

I wanted to put them together because they play often together and have good chemistry, increasing their value

As for the teams, I think they're balanced taking more than just kdr into account.
