I think where the team has its base it's what determines its region. The organization/sponsor criteria varies a lot, isn't Alliance owned by the same american organization that owns EG?

TL is European, yet at TI4 they were "NA" (I think all their players were either from the US or Canada).

Alliance (Swedish) is owned by GGA (USA), which also owns EG (USA).
GGA is owned by Twitch (USA).
Twitch is owned by Amazon (USA).

Also, something about how Puppey would break all of Kuro's teeth and make a talk to destroy his being, his emotions and all his ambitions.

I am very disappointed with Puppey. I always thought he was faking the arrogance to be funny.

he seemed pretty sour about the ti5 secret breakup and clearly likes playing with the eg lineup, i'd be surprised if he goes anywhere so long as the rest of the team sticks together
