Morbidly engrossing. Couldn't put it down for days. It is kind of difficult to figure out how to "win," but it's just as fun losing. Once I was done with it, though, I was done...
It's like "Global Thermonuclear War" from WarGames (the movie), but with viruses.
The other novelty factor in it is calling your diseases funny names. "Shit has infected another country". "Love has contaminated the water supply" etc.
Or it's, you know, exactly like the Pandemic Browser/Flash Game with extras.
It's a great game. I will forever pride my hipster-self with discovering the game for GAF. -pats self on back-Sgt.Pepper

Absolutely it is, and I bought both games. But I gotta tell you, after playing Plague, I couldn't go back to Pandemic. Plague has such a better interface and menu system, and gives you much clearer instruction. Just all around easier to get into and enjoy.

I was so against the iPad before but now I'm addicted to this thing, is infinity blade 2 worth the price?
A co-worker actually discovered it for himself only a week or two ago. I was surprised to say the least, because generally, unless it's Angry Birds or Jetpack Joyride or whatever, the chance of someone playing a game on iOS that I have is miniscule.Or it's, you know, exactly like the Pandemic Browser/Flash Game with extras.
My problem isn't the size, but the fact I'd need twice the free space to install it (on iOS5 still). I'd love to know what takes up all that room.
On a slightly different note, I bought Defender of the Crown last night. I know they said that it's an emulated version of it, but browsing the file structure of the phone... I didn't realise how little they did to port it! It literally has the two 880kb disk images in a folder, the kickstart ROM files along with a bunch of PNGs and stuff required for menus and whatever.
Seriously tempted to replace those disk images

Well, man, I just played a bit of it, and wow! I strongly urge anyone with the space and money to buy Bard's Tale while it's on sale. The dialogue and voice acting alone are priceless. I can't believe I'm playing a game like this on my phone. Sure, the visuals aren't gonna blow anyone away anymore, but this game's presentation is really great. So far, it feels like having Fable on your iPhone.

Dumb question, but you know the score isn't a cumulative thing right? Whatever your highest score is is what will be displayed between rounds. If you knew that already, carry on!
Even worth it if you already have Infinity Blade 1?

Just got just under 2.5 billion in SMAMC with no boosts. I'm glad I caved in and bought it, I'm still not totally on board with IAPs in score attack games, but SMAMC totally seems like a game people would have bought for $20 and loved on DS or whatever just a few years ago.

So deleted some games to make room for The Bard's Tale, iPhone said I had 3.2 gigs free but it still said not enough space when I tried to buy, I always thought if you had 2 times the space it would be ok, I had to delete close to 4 gigs to download it.

You are probably right, just could have sworn I got away with 2 times the space before maybe just changes with even bigger apps. It's really too bad more games don't use iCloud saves, Galaxy on Fire 2 does and I never have to worry about deleting that game since I reload my iCloud save after a reinstall.
I really can't come up with anything else than TouchMyGames and I need to set it up today or tomorrow so I can use it for school.

No, it's twice the space, but the installed size is 1.7 gigs. In the game's description on the App Store, it even forewarns folks that 3.4 gigs of space is temporarily needed to download.

Mainly a site where I can practice as I'm doing an education but I want it to turn out to be a website about iOS games yes. People don't seem to want Touch in the name.
The game probably won't be out before next year.

I don't know if you're doing this site for realsies or for school, but I think the whole touch/slide etc thing is played out, your site will just become one among dozens.
maybe you should go the whole opposite tact to it. I actually think lolnobuttons.com is an AWESOME name and right away it gives your site a slightly aggressive, world weary tone. The trouble with a lot of these iOS sites is they feel and read like they're written by very enthusiastic 18 years olds. Which while admirable makes for a shitty reading experience.
But you need something that conveys the feel of your site. And unless you're bland-IGN-wannabe no34782, you need to think a little outside the box (think: rockpapershotgun)
I don't know about your Unlock the Viking/North ideas though - unless you're specializing in Viking games, seems a weird title.
This is pretty cool, but when I die I get stuck on the "you're dead" screen, what am I supposed to do?
