Who was it said there was loads of good stuff coming out tonight? TouchArcade posted their "coming tonight" thing and it pretty much all looks shit, Cthulhu and the punching game aside.

I can't help but read this to the tune of Geto Boys' Still everytime I see it, lol.
The developers in a meadow smashing an iPad to a parody version would've made for one hell of a trailer.

Well, there's Dead Trigger too. Also, I think I saw some site claiming The Walking Dead would be released by the end of June, so maybe? TA doesn't always list every release. Autumn Dynasty, for instance, is a fairly high profile game they forgot to mention.
Speaking of zombies and Telltale, there's a new twin stick shooter game with a zombie theme, made by Rebellion (Judge Dredd). Seems interesting and it's free. I think the name is Zombie HQ. And the first episode of Jurassic Park just went free.

Kingdom rush is on the UK store. Been waiting so long for this its not even funny (dont have an ipad). Heard nothing but good things about it.

I'm wary of TD games since everyone said Pixeljunk Monsters was amazing and it turned out to be a fair way below amazing.

Kingdom Rush is one of the best on iOS, and I've played the overwhelming majority of them. It's challenging, for starters.

Kingdom Rush is the next best thing to Plants Vs Zombies in appeal for TD games (even though it is still a ways off I'm sure)... it's just really charming and fun. If you enjoy TD games, you'll love it, if not, you may like it anyway. Though if you weren't impressed with it on the PC, well, nothing's really changed in the iPad/iPhone version.

Hmm, if I were to download a couple games on my phone, and then sync the app to iTunes on my PC, then transfer all that data to my iPad a couple days later, would I still keep those games? Ive been searching around, but can't find anything :s

I'm with you about PJ Monsters, but I gave Kingdom Rush a shot and I agree with most... It's probably my favorite TD game. So good.

Cthulhu Saves the World seems to have dropped in price. Right now, it's 1.59€ (I guess $2).
And they've managed to make a fucking typo in the name of the app on the store ("Cthulu").

wait, you can't unlock the new balls, fans, etc by playing? You have to buy them? That sucks. Wish there was a way to earn credits or something. Takes some of the joy out of this update.
Edit: we'll, I see some that can be unlocked. The country packs are dlc. Ok. That's fine, I'm cool with that.

At least they gave me free Grand Theft Auto 3 and Chinatown Wars. Both games I was convinced would never work with touch only controls.. but both games ended up making me into a complete iOS believer. I think they control excellently, it's a shame Chinatown Wars doesn't have Retina graphics and neither games have GameCenter support. Such a good game.
Any more left? Citizen K says he/she already has it so maybe I'll get it.

I have yet to play Chinatown Wars. I got it for free too, that week from FAD was awesome. I'll continue using FAD since it seems more reliable than freemyapps and may still rotate apps around since I see a vote for that latest Adult Swim game

You should try Chinatown Wars, it's really nice on iOS! And that's coming from someone who has owned it on both DS and PSP. It's perfectly fine on iOS besides the lack of Retina and achievements. Oh, and it totally quits when you switch back to the OS.
I have saved up enough to buy two 15$ iTunes cards on Free My Apps, (using two phones, pro tip is to log in on your own iTunes account right before redeeming your points..), just waiting for them to become available..
