What is the best approach in the last scene, there are 5-6 clickers and in every scenario I could think of I needed to use my gun.
Just finished uploading my walkthrough of The Last of Us demo:

I still can't access the demo ;_;
Ugh please tell me this is a one off. I hate the QTE in Witcher 2 when it came out of no where

The graphics are not downgraded from Uncharted 2/3. It's just a completely different art style. Technically this game is doing more with indirect and bounce lighting. The game is supposed to have the grim atmosphere and soft lighting comes with that. Uncharted is all about bright colors and lighting. It's just a different style. Uncharted is more unrealistic. I could see why Uncharted could look more impressive to some though.Short demo, but it was fun. Graphics are good, though seemingly less impressive than UC2/3, downgraded from what I remember earlier videos looking like though my mind may be sprucing it up more in my mind. But the atmosphere is GREAT, goes very well with the sound design.

As someone who has made character models/textures for games, the ingame char models for all characters is fucking nuts. I have no idea how they pulled that off and with such expansive environments. Just looking at Ellies face ingame I was stunned to see how much detail they maintained. Pros.The graphics are not downgraded from Uncharted 2/3. It's just a completely different art style. Also Joel's character model >> Drake. A lot more detail. His beard and face look crazy good!

This popped up on reddit;
I think we can all agree that this is not the level most of us were looking forward to trying though. Human AI is what impressed us, and we don't know if that truly lives up to what was shown at E3 last year.
How was the aliasing/framerate?
Those were really the only two things I have been concerned about the visuals based off the behind the scenes footage.
We have people here who says it does,we watch a live stream last week and the ai was fantastic.I think we can all agree that this is not the level most of us were looking forward to trying though. We have previews that say the ai is great as well.
I think videogamer sad it took them 15 hours.A little digression but has ND said ballpark length in hours?
I remember them saying it's their longest game but haven't heard any numbers..
I understand that.I just wanted to try it out for myself
Would also have added a hell of a lot more replay value!
so you need good headphones to enjoy this game? the built in speakers on my hdtv suck![]()
So the disk doesn't need to be in the system while playing the demo?
Sold my ps3 last week. Do I regret it? Nope, Last of Us looks to be another tired Uncharted now with zombies.
Framerate is rock solid. Didn't notice one tear or framerate drop. Even when I fought all 5 zombies at once. As far as aliasing it's mostly very good. Only intricate little things like fences do you notice it. Main large edges there none at all.How was the aliasing/framerate?

I don't even want to know how much there are, so please just to be Safe use Spoilers on at least everything that is NOT related to the demo fellow GAFfer.
There's only one clicker. The rest are runners and you can take a decent beating from them, I just shot one and ran around meleeing the rest.

I have spoiler tagged it but I have already spoiled you how many chapter they are........
So far I'm really loving the Sound. Lightning effect (when you turn on the flashlight) are very good too.

Thats what I did too, running around and meleeing wasn't very economic, lost a lot of health and bullets, not to mention meleeing is awkward. Surely there is a more efficient way.
Yep, sure is.Is there an easy mode in the demo? I have a feeling that I will need that mode in the final game.
