It revolves around Thor and Loki coming to earth to find Odin who has been made mortal/living among us as a homeless person basically. Doctor Strange gets involved to find him. His presence seems very cameo like.

Phase 3 was announced just before Age of Ultron, which marked the end of Phase 2.

Maybe we'll get something next year or the next for sure.
