The NX Prediction / BSpeculation / Fanxiety Thread

Let's not jump to conclusions, all. Emily's tweet could be worded as it is to not be so direct (lol) as to compromise her source(s.) It might mean that the reveal is merely on the same day as the investor's meeting. Right?

Sure sounds like an announcement of a reveal date this week, with the reveal coming shortly before the investor meeting on the 26th. Maybe next Monday?
 
Maybe the Investor's Meeting will have an announcement about further features or something. Price?
 
There will be news this week. It might not be a reveal, or even the date of a reveal, but it'll be more than we've gotten from Nintendo... ever. Just be happy with that.
 
No one seems to know anything, besides: Nintendo will have to say something about the NX at or by the investor meeting.

Which is abundantly obvious anyway.
 
I know people are desperate for NX news, but some of the twitter rumor followings are getting seriously out of hand. Be patient and sensible, and be sure that a lot of random people are going to be posting rumors throughout. I'm almost taken back at how gullible this forum (sub community) can be.

Good advice, but the slogan of the forum itself is "Believe." It's kind of a signature style of discourse here.

It reminds of the cold readings "psychics" do on their marks, using vague suggestions and obvious observations to reel them in.
 
That other guy tweeting about something this week is someone from Nintendo World Report, btw. Plus, Emily re-tweeted it.

So I'm guessing some tease this week, with some more news at the Investor Meeting next week?
 
There's no way Emily could know what will be spoke in the investor's meeting. I mean even if she's someone with privilege access in NOA, there's just no fucking way she would have info on that. Unless she's fucking Miyamoto teasing us all the time

But the rational people have to police the rabid insanity no? I like discussing ideas, even wild ideas, but the whole twitter prophet phenomenon is souring that.

Everyone knows the investor's meeting will be important, I don't think this has anything to do with being an insider.

Fair enough. It sounds like speculation threads might not be your cup of tea if you feel like you have to "police" people.

Shes just saying this week we will get the reveal of the NX and next week we will get even more info during the investors meeting, which will be mostly business info like expected numbers and stuff

Yeah. My hype is through the roof. Even if it was just a NX reveal announcement this week is good enough.
 
Again, "news" could very easily mean reveal date announcement. I personally am expecting that along with the final name, with the reveal date being early next week, either Monday or Tuesday.

Not that that's not exciting.

I think most have been patient and sensible enough about NX. It's time for Nintendo to unveil it already and end the madness.
