I think he can do exactly the same to Silva (Thiago too) as he did to Penn except he'll spend less time standing with them.

The rest of the round continued at basically the same pace, except penn was flailing a lot towards the end. then they stopped it in between rounds.

I think its 215. Silva is already skinny at 185 and only fights in the weight class because he doesn't want to fight his training partner at 205, Machido.

Once GSP took down BJ at will and passed over his guard all the time, BJ just looked so lost and bewildered - like thinking to himself "What the fuck? What just happened? None of my stuff is working!"

How long ago was that? Silva is a LHW that fights at MW only because his training partner fights at LHW. He can't make the cut to 170 and be good.

anyone catch the training special for this fight that Spike did last week? bout half way thru it had Penn taking a few days off, saying he just needed to get away. They had cameras at dana's the same day and on day 1 dana called and leaves a voicemail: "BJ, you better be training your ass off and not 'relaxing'. otherwise gsp is gonna kick the shit out of you." :lol

yeah, he also looked really hesitant to strike with him, like he was afraid of his reach.
