Pete puts on a fantastic podcast. And Rich was great as always in these milestone episodes.

I like to think of myself as the only listener who listens to FYFYI but not Double KO (despite Pete's urging every week that people should). I'm probably not the only one though. The first episode I listened to was 146 - The Best Worst E3 Ever. What really hooked me though were the following episodes; 147 (where they discussed games, homeopathy, atheism, skepticism, and anti-christian bias) and 148 (where Pete shared a story from his therapy along with the video game talk). It was such a different feel than other podcast (evident by the topics) yet still had plenty of the juicy games talk. And of course who can forget the classic episode 159 - Geese.

Keep up the great work. I’m looking forward to the next podcast

The Resonance of Fate characters were one of the major reasons I considered buying the game. I abandoned the thought when I read it was 50 hours.

Re: 400Days. The fact that nobody even mentioned
Wyatt
is pretty indicative at how little impression the game left.

I turned it off after twenty minutes. I mean, I enjoy funny tangents as much as the next guy, but come on, favorite yo gaba gaba episodes? And they kept going with it.

Hope it picks up when more games are out.

I had no idea there was a M&L Dream Team demo. I need to open the 3DS eShop more often. I wish Nintendo would give me the option to replace the pointless plaza on the Wii U with a customizable news feed so I could see the latest eShop releases, netflix updates, miiverse activity feed, or whatever. The plaza is just a giant waste of space on my TV

NO MORE ANIMAL CROSSING I CANT TAKE IT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

<3

We really only talk briefly about the Wii U app and then go onto the next thing. There's not much Animal Crossing in here. :P But as long as Stewy keeps in his list on the outline, why not talk about it?

I played Mario & Luigi for about 30 minutes when it came out in Europe. I haven't played it since (due to Animal Crossing). I'll probably really appreciate some hand-holding.

Great episode as usual.

Pikmin 3 is amazing so far. I had never played Pikmin before but everything with Wii Remote and Game Pad felt natural and I was able to pick it up right away.

Also I completely agree with the disdain at reviewers using their reviews to basically question the existence of the Wii U because every game does not use the Game Pad in some super special new innovative way no one has ever thought of before.

(Note: I don't know how the game plays with just Game Pad. And I'm not using Wii Remote (MotionPlus) because the Game Pad is bad. I am using Wii Remote because that is my all time absolute favourite controller and I would use a Wii Remote any chance I get.)

I also ordered a whole bunch of games from FutureShop through the E3 deals over the years. But I only have 21 (not including those that were already shipped). What's sad is I still end up buying many games I decided to pass on during the deal because I was like, "I'm totally never going to play this," but then I totally buy it anyway... at full price.

CJ is pretty fucking good at finding perfect break music. I remember specifically thinking, in the episode where I mentioned taking my girls to the 1D concert, "at least the listeners won't be subjected to 1D chiptunes--because I'm sure they don't exist." Like a goddamn wizard, he found them.

also couldn't help but laugh when CJ said he would use Jazz music during Stewy's game preorder segment and he actually did it.

Yes, and there's only one song I am reminded of when it comes to "Smooth Jazz." Had to use it. Blame it on the bossa nova.

Yes, that was very amusing.

It was nice to not hear that old piano music at the end. I kinda hope the bossa nova sticks.

The withering sarcasm was appreciated to make up for Phil's absence. I thought the game discussion returned to a very high level, too, so excellent episode!

I also have to say that C.J. stutter-stepping in the run-up to a joke is 1 of my favorite things. "Speaking of...surrounding...yourself...with people?"

I really need to try and get the @danchester twitter handle. Some guy has it and hasn't even used Twitter in years.

:( :(

P.S I am Dan from Manchester :P

Yes. And it's up now.

But, don't get TOO excited. It's really hard to talk about that game without spoiling it. And that's all that game has.
