Man, Mike is cranky the press took time off from fellating feels games to discuss something with mechanics. Unfortunately, most of the press is poorly equipped to discuss anything deeper than left trigger right trigger

Yeah, Jeff mispronounced it on one show like 2 months ago. It was one of the last Weekend Confirmed eps. He's said it right every time since, Mike was just being bitchy (which is part of his charm).

But c'mon, Mike. Save the hate for the game, or Gies, just not JC.
 
That's weird. I can watch it without signing in. What country are you in?

Edit: There's a bunch of licensed music in there, so I'm guessing that's the issue.

Ah, playing from PC go without problems. The first time I played in the PS3 Youtube app, using the ipad to navigate. I think videos with copyright warnings dont show or dont play in youtubetv interface.

Bob Hoskins' passing makes it the right time to do a P1 Movie Review/Discussion/Breakdown of SMB.
 
I wonder if mik has died a little inside now that Wil Wheaton has raised over 1.1 million to make a youtube show about him playing board games with his friends.
 
I love that show. Less for Wil Wheating (who is a bit overbearing on that show) and more to see how those games actually play. My group and I have based a lot of purchases on that show.

Board games are so much fun. I died a little inside when Mike talks down on them. Good times with my old HS friends playing all sorts of board games.

I wish I had more time to play with people who cared as much.

I guess that goes with anything - multiplayer games are made fun bit by the actual game, but by the people. If everyone is into it, midi times will be had.

Can't wait until my daughter and is old enough and able to play. I guess there's a only a brief window of that before they get older and then just hate hanging out with you.
 
Speaking of fun-ass board games, I started looking around Tabletop Simulator and the mods for it are RIDICULOUS. Seeing as how you can play online with your friends, holy cow. Culdcept <3

Nope. My teenage daughters are totally up for hanging out with me. Just not playing board games.

Did you guys ever do a Walking Dead season 2 ep2 spoiler cast? You guys were never together so kept putting it off a couple weeks but I'm not sure it ever happened. Will you just wait until ep 3 then?

I don't think we ever did. I can't really remember at this point. The whole cast doesn't seem as into this season as we were with the last one.

The rest of the universe seems to agree with you guys. I would have bought it probably had I not felt so burned by The Wolf of Mungus' frequent discounts, I still feel like a chump for buying the pass on day one. That said, I also would have preferred new characters and a new story for WDS2. I felt like Clementine's story was so well wrapped up by the end of S1, I would have been happy leaving it at that.
 
The surprising thing to me when looking back at the GBA now is how terrible the screen was AND YET we lived with it being terrible until later revisions added actual backlight tech.

Re: TWD S2 - I feel like it's kind of directionless. The memorable moments have been fewer/farther between than S1 so far. I don't feel like the stakes are as important.
 
Both Pinball Arcade and Zen Pinball are both great, and both look great in 3D. Thought it was odd no shout out to Metroid Pinball with that GBA Rumble Pack. Oh and, Thanks Odama!

Understandable. I'm not super hot on this one either so far.

It's no that it's bad. It's actually ok. But it just isn't as novel as the last. Hopefully episode 3 will light some fire.
 
You don't want it to change? Think we can't get something better?

300 episodes is a pretty long time to stick with the same album art and opening theme. Not to say I don't like what we have but maybe it's time for something new?
