Someone should make The Godfather into a cartoon so these children will watch it.

I'd bet that while neither has seen The Godfather, they have both seen The Freshman

Haven't seen that either. I have zero to no interest in anything even tangentially mob/mafia related. I've seen Goodfellas, and I think that's about it.

I have never seen The Freshman either, and like Phil I really have no interest in movies (or games) about the mob/mafia. I have seen Goodfellas (because of course I have).

I had never seen The Shining before a coupla years ago. And I do actually have The Godfather Trilogy cuz I bought it on iTunes when it was like 10 bucks but have yet to watch it. :O

But, newsflash - I did just watch Galaxy Quest again last night for the 24th or so time. :P
 
Anybody know what episode Phil talks about One Piece Pirate Warriors 3? I bought the game on sale and now wanna go back hear his thoughts on it.

I think considering the length of the show nowadays, four chapters makes sense to me. Adding chapters for spoilers or something would make sense if that ever occurs in an episode.

And, I've never mentioned it, but you have the best show notes around. I'm glad I can go to the website and search for a game, and because the show notes are detailed enough with every game discussed, I can know what episodes were about which games (handy when I finished FFXIII last year and wanted to re-hear Greg's thoughts on it from back in 2011 or whenever).

EDIT: The return of Mike at the 16 minute mark! Always glad to hear him on the show!
 
Re: Last week's show, I don't think I agree with the listener who suggested Phil got the pronunciation of Louis Riel right the second time (he said it "Louis Ray-al" IIRC).

Not that I listen to the show actually wanting him to properly pronounce anything French.

Man, I'd love if every week or so, there'd be a cutaway to Mike telling us what he's been playing. Sort of like, "I've been playing Life is Strange, and here are my thoughts on it" for about five or so minutes. Then, the gang can comment on it if they've played it too, or mock it if it has floaty controls.

But come on, 2009? I wasn't even born yet.
