Any games spoilers in this episode?
There were end game situation spoilers of
Speedy
Papo y Yo and that I would preferred not have heard so keep that in mind if you haven't played that game and want to.

CJ has the worst taste
How do you mean?
He has sneaked into each of your bedrooms whilst you slept and duly tasted you all. You, CJ, were the least favourable tasting of the P1P guys.

Good to hear CJ giving Layton some love.

I can't blame people for checking-out of a single-player, annualised puzzle game series (especially after the dodgy second one), but the last three games have been very good.

I know, great game and characters. They're wrong.

I think I get all the blame for that. Those guys want to play it. I did--and don't anymore. A couple hours in it's just a castrated, bumbling Gears of War.

Didja get to the French robot part? The story didn't grab ya? It gets way better. Great ending too.

Asura's Wrath is a game for men who love to cry manly tears and push buttons

Not enough cartoon to be a good cartoon, and not enough of a game to be a good game. This year has a lot of top 10 lists that I only like 1 or 2 titles from (and perhaps The Walking Dead, as I haven't played or even watched any youtube from at all, because I hate zombies - but I like the guys that wrote for it, so perhaps it will still work out)

One thing I really didn't like about BD is how at a certain point it stops letting you pick your squadmates, in service to the story I guess. It kind of kills the replay value.

I've only played to the first cut scene in BD (the war room) and if you guys are telling me this is an actually good story and not a Snakes on A Plane "good" story then I am just going to delete it.

Yea, it's a good story. You should keep playing. But you didn't Walking Dead so I dunno what you actually like.

It's a bad story with some redeeming moments and characters. Most notably Cain the French robot.

(Sorry Lik)

BURN YOU BURN

Also, not sure of their reactions to when CJ read my GOTY. I was expecting Mike to say something lol

I did, but they kinda talked over me. I think all I said was, "that's a good game." I haven't finished it yet. :X

you better be serious cuz i dunno about Boom Blox. ToV is great.

I am serious about Vesperia. When he flat murdered that dude I was floored. Seriously powerful story moment.

Honestly though every other game story is pure shit. I bought the rest of TWD and will play it next week if I can drag myself away from my fancy new WiiU (this thing is hopeless). I was very clear, I hated the second episode! I actually liked the first.

i think you'll like the rest. the 2nd ep is kinda self contained. the 3rd ep is my fave.

Episode 2 is the series' nadir (unless you listen to Gamers with Jobs, in which case--it's the best!). You've got good stuff to look forward to.

Behave, or I'll post a screen grab of the gruesomely detailed vagina I drew for the word "organ."

Also, I'm pretty sure you're going to get a video podcast... and promptly change your mind about wanting one.

It's fairly easy to mute yourself on Skype...

Yeah, there's a button. Just takes the effort and courtesy to hit that one button.

Still I believe they all record their own audio streams so Skype adjustments wouldn't do any good. It'd be easy to see while editing where the HUGE audio spikes are though, but that would require minor effort.

Yeah. Just kinda hoping for the courtesy to move his face away from the mic, or use a mute button that likely is on his headset or mic control.

FYI I was turning away from the mic. Sorry it wasn't as effective as you would have liked.

Oh, and the mic has no mute button. I thought that simply turning away and covering my mouth would muffle the noise to the point it wouldn't be annoying, but apparently it wasn't. I'll see if I can mute my feed in the future. Perhaps in the future you could work on being a bit less passive-aggressive when offering your (welcome) criticisms. I mean...in the name of courtesy and all.

Hey I ain't tryin to be a weenie about it! I can deal with it. Didn't think the effort was made, but now we know. And I'm glad you did!
