Great poster, but damn if that isn't a little expensive.

Artist Proofs often are, especially if the artist is popular. See the $170+ Olly Moss Black Widow AP this morning.

Part of it is because it's often the last chance to grab one, and it's from a smaller run, and they're often signed by the artist to boot.

That being said, if you really want a print, and you don't want to pay the aftermarket prices for them, the APs are usually worth it.

Awesome, forgot I had ordered the the set. I thought it was going to be 6 prints, if you preordered the full set, your going to get all 7?

i think if u ordered just the first three, u get a bonus print. if u ordered all six u get two bonus prints, and if you odered the six variants u get three extra prints. not 100% sure but i remeber reading it somewhere here http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=77417

The 3 bonus prints kind of make sense since there are 9 main families in Thrones but Cooper already did a Nights Watch so who knows.

I know they're more expensive, but being 3 times more than the original sale price is a little ridiculous. I feel the same way about the Moss print this morning. I know some artists don't mark up that much.

If you want to think of it as value, I think 20,000 Leagues will appreciate very well over time. The last 20,000 sold on ebay for $300 and $310, making $150 a good bargain.

Also, a lot of times the artists price the aps according to ebay sales cause if they sell it for less people buy to flip.

Drew Struzan's Frankenstein APs cost $1000 (og price was $285).

1) The details on that 13 ASSASSINS look real nice.

2) The reg and variant of that BEATLES set are still available. I am very tempted. Love the variants.

3) My Moss Zelda is now framed. Love it.

I wonder if we could find a way to split that Beatles one. I really just want the poster of the sea. Maybe there are others who might want in.

I've still not gotten my Tyler Stout Avengers poster in the mail, but I figured since I'm Australian it would just take a while.

I hope it doesn't take much longer.

It hasn't shipped yet in all likelihood. Thor is not out yet either and that was released beforehand. I think it should be available this week or early next based off conversations with Mo from Mondo. Everything is delayed because of the number of in-person events lately.

I kind of like that one, but I think it's more a reflection of my love for the character (Saul) than the design of the poster itself. It's a neat concept, executed well, and yet I dunno. So far, I'm glad I jumped on the first Daniel Danger one.

"Murder someone" being on there twice got me to crack a smile. Nice touch.

The Saul piece would actually be really cool if the poster was actually the phone book page, rather than a piece of black paper. It's not feasible, but still.

Thanks mate.

I was getting concerned!

Not a fan.. at all.

It's probably old news since I guess they did some interviews with him about in March, but Tyler Stout is following Olly Moss' lead and doing the box design for Sleeping Dogs (formerly True Crime HK). This is up in LA (not sure if this is a one-off or there are multiples of this ad).
