I think after this postseason performance, McLane HAS to make a big offer. The other big free agent they let go was Randy...of course Randy was set on going to the desert. We will definitely make an offer...it's up to Beltran after that.

Bringing up the 86 series doesn't bother me much.... the Mets knew they'd were toast if they had to face Mike Scott (he was fucking nasty that year).
