Ciega, Sordomuda - Shakira

I liked the rhythm, the guitars, and especially the trumpets. Although I'm not the biggest fan of her voice, I bet if I was to keep listening to it I'd easily warm up to it and start liking more.

6/10

Matryoshka - Anesthetic

I enjoyed the slow buildup and the softness of the song. The tempo was nice too.

7/10

It wasn't my type of music really, and it lasted 7 minutes to boot.

4/10

Love the rhythm to this piece and the voice is beautiful, plus I like the wah-effect guitars that come soaring in across the course of the song. Definitely going to check this album out. 9/10
The vocals are from Deirdre Smith.
It's fucking hard to find anything, but she was in 2 songs from Valley of the Giants (i posted one of them early in this thread) and in a band called Strawberry, also very hard to find shit about.. but their bandcamp account has most of their stuff:

never heard of this, but I very much loved the relaxing mood

simple, silly, and kinda catchy. what else do ya need?

TOKiMONSTA - Go With It featuring MNDR

Alright, not really feeling this, I am afraid. Entry beat sounds like they just stuck in the keyboard pre-set demo...not really feeling this synth pop. Vocals are a little pre-pubescent as well. I'll give it a 5.5/10

Anyway, here is mine, something a bit moody, a bit evil:

Very nice beat, I liked the beginning part better than the ending.

8.5/10

Here's a similar one, albeit more repetitive. (Love driving to it at night)

I like Incubus, they have a knack for writing great songs. I love the middle eastern flavour of this, all whoozy vocals and sitars. Nice.

Lianne La Havas - Tease Me

One woman and her guitar. I love this girls music, so soulful.

Sorry for the mobile link, tried to get a lastfm one. There are loads on YT, try to find a live version if you need to search. :) This one was the Servants Jazz Quarters.

Really odd/catchy/mesmerizing tune there. I want to say annoying but hmm. 7/10. Decent song but definitely not my thing.

Bleak by Opeth (actually listen to it even if you hate the genre)

8/10 Amazing Music... Personally could have used a different tone for the vocals It's too rough in the beginning and too soft in the middle. Should have had some even ground throughout. Also, this style of music I also find works better with extreme fast paces, and this one was too slow for the music it was going with. I have the similar rating for this song below.

Damn, this song is a ball of energy from beginning to end! Good balance of screaming and singing. 9/10

Hmm... how to describe this one... over the top in it's epicness? The mix in styles didn't integrate as well as I'd have liked, but overall it was a great song. 8/10.

Enigma - Beyond the Invisible

Back to Enigma again, with one of my favourite music videos of all time.

Edit - Sorry about that Tabz - have it fixed now.
