Shoving is a lot different than swung. She swung them at him. If there were any sharp or dense parts, it wouldn't take that much of a swing with them to do some serious damage, especially aiming for the head, which she had proven she was willing to do. Prosecutors ruled it was self-defence, in any case.

Well, I'm not going to have restraint on a man that acted like the gal in the video.
