I feel like I've been no lifing the game as much as I can and I'm still in act 1. This game is insanely packed full of stuff, I never believe length estimates from developers but they really weren't kidding with this one.

I hope so. The difficulty itself is fine although it starts to get easier once you settle into your build. Im level 16 now and rarely die now unless im trying something 10 levels higher than me.
All the XP limit has done is take away the fun of levelling by delaying it for hours. Its also stopped me bothering with the majority of encounters too. So 2 fun aspects that have been taken away by a stupid design decision; under leveled for loot and drawn out level stalling.
Seeing the XP mods for PC is making me envious too

Well the spirit promised to free the children. I thought I could deal with whatever else it did afterwards. Turns out that's what triggers anna dying and the baron hanging himself though.
You get a 100kg one there. I did the races yesterday when I was sidetracked from my sidetracking. Isn't that sad? Rushing to Skellige to play gwent and then finishing races and fist fights instead. Main story am cry.

Thankfully, Skellige gives you a fast travel point to each of the islands right from the get-go (or is that from those maps / books you can buy in that one town?)

You get them from the maps. But yeah its pretty easy, to get them. But yeah, Skellige is insanely fun.
I got the rugged saddlebags as well, but even with a massive collection of crafting and alchemy ingredients, I level out at ~60 weight.
I haven't managed to get the overburdened status once after buying the rugged saddlebags.
I got 160. So no, 130 is not max.

Level 31 on Death March and I haven't finished the main quest yet, I personally haven't had a problem with it. Honestly if Death March gives less XP I haven't noticed and frankly I would feel way overleveled if it gave me more XP. As I said not finished with the main quests but they definitely give the largest amount of XP. Would be dissapointed going in a expansion when I can carve everything like hot butter.

On PC you can mod the amount of xp you get from quests and enemies.

Im not saying its difficult. It just seems levelling is drawn out and locked behind the main quests. I think quests give the same amount of XP on all difficulties but monsters give much less (at least according to some reviews i've read). Im already able to carve through the majority of smaller monsters/humans without the lower XP yields.

It's kinda weird but to me Ciri's voice always sounds like she is in a recording booth.
I mean,I know she is,they all are, but like, everyone elses voice sounds like it's actually coming from the characters while Ciri sounds like some weird "look at me I will be the new protagonist!" voice actress
There's one thing i don't get (probably because I haven't read the books): what's the beef geralt's got against nilfgaard? All the Nilfgaardians i meet in the game seem more pleasant than the northerners. I gotta admit, if the game had a TES-like "be who you want to be" setup, they're certainly the guys I would be siding with.
