In short track they did, but I think in the long track events they only went to the hundredth. I guess each sports sanctioning body has their own rules that the Olympic events follow.

The weather got warmer after the first event and they haven't figured out the salted slushy snow. Which is weird as every other country seems to at least have decent skis. The biathletes have the same problem,
