The insider, who has provided accurate information to Gothic Therapy hosts MasterofTheTDS and Writing Raven in the past, claims these weren't random cuts — they were deliberate, targeted terminations of in-development projects that had Sweet Baby Inc embedded in them.

While this would be great news, I think TheParkPlace is something like breitbart gaming, so I'd take it with a rock of salt. I see it frequently being posted on KotakuInAction and it seemed sensationalist, to say the least.
 
I mean...they are realizing all those games releasing like that lately are flopping. Sony ain't going to risk it and have a huge new IP costing 200M dollars or more to flop due to something most of their fanbase is boycotting.

Ultimately money speaks louder.

It's there game division 1st party developers like Insomiac, Santa Monica studio, Naugthy dog and rumored even Sucker punch under SBI consultancy. I hope the plague SBI is cleanse away from Sony.

Not really that great of a news until I actually start seeing games with good character designs in the coming years. Not talking about where they must make characters completely sexualized with giant massive tits and ass but at least characters that actually looks good and not abominations. With no disgusting evil woke agenda pushing. Until I actually start seeing games go this way than these are just words for now. I need action to actually take place.

Tides of Annihilation is a great start. It's a more proper non sexulizaed version of Stellar Blade and they got great looking characters. But again it's an eastern made game and I actually thought it was a western game too at first shame. But until I start seeing western games have normal and good characters like back in the Witcher 3 days and before than this all means nothing at the moment.
 
That's good to hear I guess...but outside whatever would get called "woke"....have a single one of these narrative consultant companies in general ever been worth a damn? They just come off like in tv/movies hiring "intimacy coordinators", just useless waste of trash jobs.

The writing in so many big games in the last few years has been crap, and with teams that large needing more writers in the kitchen just seems like a waste even if they're not activists.
 
They'll just hire another company that does the exact same thing but isn't called SBI.
Or they'll get internal teams do this sort of work.

It's funny people think all the woke stuff in gaming is coming from this single consultancy firm.

So literally what? It doesn't change my point that SBI is literally irrelevant in the grand scheme of things and SIE isn't probably even aware of their existence to force these two studios to cut ties with them.
I don't really care if it happens or not, but we can do better than pushing these shitty, bottom of the barrel websites.

well, in the case of insomniac, i'm pretty sure that sbi has had little, if anything, to do with the recent 'inclusivity' adjustments. i'm pretty sure it's just what's become of insomniac being what's become of insomniac...

I don't know man. Spider-man 2 had some of the most juvenile written woke shit in it that I've never seen in other Insomniac games. I really hope that was SBI rather than the Insomniac in-house team.

The pandering to BLM bothered me more than the gay side mission. By the time the game came out, everyone already knew BLM was a scam.

Yeah, I agree. I don't need my female characters to have chonka bonkas the size of Texas, but neither do I want deliberate downgrades like MJ in Spider-Man 2. I just want a return to normalcy and away from the retarded woke ideology.
 
I swear, if they can't make these morons who call themselves voice actors and actress to seperate their work and their personal political views, especially for Ghost of Yotei, then IDGAF anymore. Will stick to older games.
