I can't really see how you'd be able to blame any country in the area since they'd all suffer from the effects of that nuke. We're not talking huge countries here.

Actually not that I understand it, but if you mean would there not be lots of chemical traces etc, of course, but I meant a bomb could be constructed there, and detonated there by people from another country for example.

Based on the uranium particles spectral scan, you could tell where it's from (the production facility, because all nuclear power facility and military center have different source and/or method to deal with uranium) then you can trace it and investigate from here (missing load, etc...)

There's a great Tom Clancy read about this, can't remember wich one.
 
I got a laptop shipped here (Japan) from Canada. Since it is from NA, it has the 3 pin plug that has the grounding part. What store can I find an adapter at so I can use it on Japan's 2 pin sockets? Yamada Denki?

My Gmail account got hacked. I can't log into my account. I knew someone got in it because my emails were being fowarded to another email address (I have the email address), so I deleted it. I discovered it when I was looking through the settings. And the reason why I was going through the settings because I wasn't getting any emails for days because there were going directly to my trash folder. Someone apparently put the settings that way. I didn't change my password when I discovered this. Thinking back I know I should have. Stupid me.

I sent a report to Gmail but they haven't responded. What should I do? I have a lot of important stuff with Gmail and a lot of other stuff tied to that account especially stuff dealing with my job. I can't even log into Youtube account because it is tied to my Gmail.
 
This really is a stupid question for US living people:

Do you drive home drunk after taking a few beers? Is it popular?

I mean in the movies the guy who is least drunk takes the other guy home, but I thought that was only the movies. Then suddenly my girlfriend said she had that kind of experiences in the states while visiting her sister. Some of the people drove home tipsy.

I just downloaded the new Windows Live Messenger, and it prompted me to take a picture of myself with my webcam, which ended up being semi-amusing. Any idea where it would have been saved so I can use it outside of MSN?

You keep trying to get through to the Gmail team and somehow manage to convince them that your account was hacked and for them to hand it over, which I'm going to assume will require you to supply a ton of info about the account, assuming they'll ever be convinced.

Otherwise, you're screwed, and it was very stupid not to change the passworld when you knew it was hacked, especially if there is important stuff in the account.

You can always just print screen and then crop it, if you don't mind it being small.

It varies from state to state, but the legal limit here in Michigan is the equivalent of a few drinks. I've known a lot of people who don't care about the laws and drive no matter how much they've drank. It's no surprise that I also know a lot of people with DUI's* and most of them are repeat offenders. I would never do that shit these days, but there were a few nights in my teenage years that I really pushed my luck.

Say I enter Mean Streets and Taxi Driver, it would tell me Harvey Keitel and Robert De Niro for example? Hopefully TV shows, maybe even episode specific?

If not I'd like someone on GAF to build me this.

I think it might depend on the city. Where I live I don't see too much of that but it does happen.

Googling "first videogame with blood" got me a question that was answered last week (chacha was the site if you wanna look) and they said Rambo for the NES, which was released in 1987 in Japan: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rambo_(Nintendo_Entertainment_System_game)
